Job Description:
CASE MANAGER RN
Start Date: ASAP (3-4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements). *Start dates for this unit are on Tuesdays.
Shift: 5x8s
Ratios: 1:20-25
Years of Experience REQ:? >1 year Inpatient case management experience required. Travel experience is preferred.
Epic Experience REQ? No, but highly preferred
First-Timers Accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Variable
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS
Skills REQ: inpatient case management
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, adult inpatient and ED.
Open to accommodating block schedule? Possibly by request
Locals Accepted: Yes
Pending License Accepted: Yes – application needs to be submitted and received by licensing board to qualify for the 90 day license exemption
RTO Restrictions: 7-10 days max, add to end to make up for RTO
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Diagnosis: RN case management for adult inpatient, ED
